Take total tonal control over your acoustic guitars and vocals on stage or in the studio with the Radial Engineering PZ-Pro, a two-channel preamp, DI, and switcher. Each channel on this floor-mounted unit offers its own channel strip, complete with an adjustable EQ and a notch filter to eliminate feedback.
The first channel is primarily intended for your instrument signal, while the second channel has a microphone input that works with dynamic and 48V condenser microphones alike. You can switch between the two channels with a toggle switch, or blend the two together.
On the rear of the unit, you'll find an FX loop to blend in processing from external processors. Independent wet/dry knobs let you dial in effects for each channel, or you can bypass the effect entirely with the footswitch. This switch can also function as a signal booster if your pickups are too quiet.
Once you've dialed in your preferred sound, you can feed the house PA or recording interface with both Pre- and Post-EQ XLR DI outputs. You can route sound to amplifiers with the 1/4" amp output. You can use the mute footswitch to silence your inputs when you're tuning.
