Shipping / Delivery
For each product we indicate when it can typically be expected to ship, means leaving our premises. These indications are not binding; times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If you need to make sure you have an item delivered by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
Transit (the time in between dispatch at our end and delivery at yours) depends on several factors, usually none of which we have control of, including those chosen by you, such as carrier and destination. If the carrier provides it, we will give you – in our "shipped" email notification to you and in the order details here on-line – a web address where you can track the shipment once it has left our warehouse.
Typically, transit takes 2–3 business days.
Please let us know if you require a shipment more urgently. We can offer a same-day delivery option, at additional cost, and provided the products are in stock and we receive your order and payment early enough.
During checkout we offer you at least one, often multiple options for shipping or delivery, along with pricing information. Please select the one which seems most appropriate for you.
We do not deliver to addresses in Jurong Island, Sentosa or any protected place requiring special clearance such as, but not limited to, military bases, free-trade zones, or similar.
We will notify you once your order is ready for collection at our warehouse.
Collection must be made within two weeks from the date of notification, during our regular opening hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00, except public holidays).
For reference, please bring our notification email.
- If we have not received any payment yet, we may cancel the order.
- If we have received payment in full or partially, we may cancel the order and treat refund of payment in accordance with the respective section in our Warranty & Returns policy, subject to administrational charges.
Please note that, in rare cases, some carriers may charge extra for multiple delivery attempts after failing to meet you or due to the address provided by you being incomplete or incorrect.

*** If possible, we give you an estimate of these costs in checkout. However, as we cannot guarantee it being correct, you may ask the carrier or its agent at the destination for a quote.
Within mainland Singapore
To addresses not excluded above and except for same-day deliveries, we offer
FREE DELIVERY for orders worth S$ 99.00 and above
including 7% GST for most items unless marked otherwise on the product page.
For smaller orders, we charge a flat rate of S$ 4.99 per delivery.
For items generally excluded from free shipping, we charge a flat rate of S$ 9.90 per delivery.
If you prefer us to deliver to a “Park N Parcel” collection point, please enter your “shipping address” accordingly and tell us in the “Notes/comment” field at the end of the checkout process.
Of course, pick-up/self-collection at our warehouse is always free of delivery charges.
