You will need to have purchased hardware and cables from our store for use with the setup. You will also need to have a compatible and functional computer with the relevant software if required. The Genius Service does not cover the scope of training and/or software optimisation unless agreed prior.

We take no responsibility for faulty or misconfigured equipment brought in. We may test hardware with our computers to verify normal operation if the hardware does not work with the client computer. Driver and hardware incompatibility issues of the client computer are not our responsibility to rectify.
For export (= shipments outside of Singapore) we do not charge GST. In this case, please refer to the prices excl GST.
