The BigShot i/o features a separate output for your tuner, removing it from your signal path while giving instant access, even while the BigShot is muted. Differences in signal between two instruments can be equalized with the Trim switch and Input-2 level control dial. Additionally, a 3-way Bright switch offers load compensation for longer cable runs.
With its passive circuit, the BigShot i/o does not require any powering, other than to illuminate the LEDs. So when using the pedal without using a power supply your audio signal will pass with all switching and controls functioning properly. A 9 VDC power supply is required for operation with the LEDs.
